ABOUT ADAM & SELINA
Adam & Selina Murby are a renowned brother-sister magic duo who have delighted audiences worldwide for over 20 years with their captivating performances. Their magical journey began during their childhood on a farm in Sweden, where their grandmother introduced them to their first trick, sparking their lifelong passion for magic.
In 2010, they gained recognition as Grand-Finalists on Australia's Got Talent, marking the beginning of their rise to fame. Notably, they achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first magicians to perform a live public magic show in Qatar, which received the endorsement of the Royal Family and sold out within a week. Their talents have been acknowledged through multiple awards, including being named "Magician of the Year" and winning the Australian Close-up Champions title.
Adam & Selina's talent has taken them to various countries, including Europe, Las Vegas, and Macau, where they have had the privilege of performing at prestigious events such as the Playboy Mansion and Maxim Top 100 Parties in Los Angeles.
In 2018, they played a pivotal role as feature performers and magic consultants for Channel 7's Telethon, Western Australia's largest televised fundraising event. Their contribution helped raise over $38 million for children in need, showcasing their commitment to making a positive impact through their craft.
In 2020, Adam & Selina launched Magic School, an innovative platform aimed at teaching magic to children and young adults. Through their school, they inspire creativity, self-expression, and the development of valuable skills like self-confidence, discipline, dexterity, focus, and self-esteem.
In recognition of their talent and dedication, Adam & Selina were honoured with the Theatre & Performance award at Fringe World in 2021, further solidifying their reputation as accomplished performers in the industry.
